Project Overview
Paraytech, a cybersecurity solutions provider, gearing up to host a Tech Summit in London, bringing together industry professionals, thought leaders, and tech enthusiasts for a day of innovation, learning, and networking. As part of the preparations, the company needed a dedicated registration system that was both seamless and aligned with the brand’s polished, professional digital presence.
My Role & Responsibilities
Designed and developed a custom registration page for the summit.
Created an event CTA section on the website landing page with responsive design
Ensured full brand consistency; matching fonts, colors, and UI patterns already used on the site.
Wrote and refined content copy for both the homepage event section and the registration page.
Integrated the form using form builder plugins and ensured secure data handling.
Configured email automation to notify registrants instantly upon form submission.
Set up backend tracking to monitor registrations and data flow, and compiled a detailed report post-event.
Challenges & Solutions
Challenge: Integrating a custom-built registration form into an existing website framework without disrupting its structure or design integrity.
Solution: I conducted a quick audit of the existing codebase and carefully mapped out a lightweight integration strategy that used existing styles while introducing only the necessary scripts and styling rules. This ensured that my section blended in flawlessly without any layout or functionality conflicts.
Challenge: Ensuring real-time confirmation for a growing number of participants.
Solution: I configured automated email notifications with custom content, confirming successful registration and providing participants with event details. The emails were designed to be responsive and branded, leaving a professional first impression.

Next Steps
