Gotofix aims to become a trusted digital platform for service providers to showcase their skills and get hired by users who need domestic or professional services. The app simplifies the service hiring process while enabling providers to manage requests, earnings, availability, and interactions in one place.

Project Overview
To lead the UI/UX redesign of the mobile app, which had been initially developed without any visual design considerations.
Problem Statement
The initial version of the app was designed by developers without UI/UX expertise resulting in a functional but visually poor, inconsistent, and confusing user experience.

- Led the full UI/UX redesign of the app’s core features
- Designed high-fidelity screens and created interactive prototypes to map out clear user flows
- Conducted UX research and competitor benchmarking
- Delivered responsive, scalable design systems

- Created optimized screenshots and visual content for Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Challenges & Solutions
Challenge 1: The app lacked any prior design system or structure.
Solution: I created a custom UI kit and component library from scratch to ensure visual consistency and scalability.
Challenge 2: The app store visuals were poorly designed, affecting credibility.
Solution: I created professional, content-driven, and device-accurate app store screenshots in collaboration with the developer to enhance brand presentation.

- Post-contract, I was offered a Part-Time position as Brand Experience Manager, overseeing content management and digital touchpoints across the company

Final Thoughts
Redesigning the Gotofix Service Provider App wasn’t just a contract—it was a chance to build structure out of chaos and give a promising product the identity it needed to grow. It’s a project I’m proud of not just for the screens I designed, but for the long-term strategic value it continues to offer the business.
