Pavolera: Tech Website For Rendering Digital Solutions.
Goal
- Create a modern, responsive, and fast-loading website to serve as the company’s primary digital presence.
- Position Pavolera as a trusted provider of web and mobile app development services.
- Build a centralized platform to handle service inquiries, host events, and accept payments.
- Showcase the company’s capabilities, values, and future offerings in a clear and engaging way.
Project Overview
When I joined Pavolera, a rising tech startup focused on web and mobile app development, the company had a bold vision but no digital home. There was no online presence, no centralized platform to showcase its services, and no direct point of contact for potential clients.
The mandate was clear: create a compelling, functional, and scalable website from scratch: one that not only establishes credibility but also communicates the essence of Pavolera as an innovative and solutions-driven tech partner.
This project became more than just a website, it became the launchpad for Pavolera’s brand.
My Role & Responsibilities
UX Research & Strategy: Understanding our target audience and market positioning.
Website Development: Building a fully custom, WordPress-powered website from the ground up.
Performance Optimization: Ensured responsive design, fast load times, and high accessibility scores.
UI Design: Creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma that defined the visual identity.
Stripe Payment Integration: Developed a secure, on-brand payment page to support tech event registration and ticketing directly on the website.
SEO & Analytics: Implemented on-page SEO and tracking to improve search visibility and monitor user behavior.
Challenges & Solutions
Challenge 1: Building From Nothing
Pavolera had no existing digital assets or content. Starting from scratch required building everything from content strategy to user experience.
Solution: I collaborated closely with the founder to understand Pavolera’s voice, services, and goals. I then created content frameworks, designed visuals, and iteratively tested the user journey to ensure clarity and engagement.
Challenge 2: Payment Integration for Tech Event
The team wanted to host its first tech event, but we needed a seamless way to handle registrations and accept payments online.
Solution: I developed a dedicated Stripe payment page integrated into the website, allowing users to register for the event and make secure transactions directly on the site. This simplified the process and boosted conversions.
